Product Description

Application
The manganese metal is smelted using a tilting type electric furnace. After the furnace is put out, add some lime to the bottom of the furnace. A small amount of high-silicon-manganese-silicon alloy is added to the lime. After the arc is introduced, the mixture of manganese-rich slag and lime is added.

Characteristics
Widely used in the produce of special steel ( such as stainless steel and high manganese steel) as deoxidation agent,
desulfurizing agent and alloying element.

Comparing with electrolytic manganese flakes, it is more easy to be added and with less loss.

Manganese metal lump is made by remelting and ingot cast with the material of electrolytic manganese. And it contains Mn from 93% to 97%.
